JM Masala doesn't buy spices from a catalogue. We travel to Unjha APMC Market Yard and South Indian growing regions, inspect every lot in person, and process through our HACCP-aligned facility before a single gram reaches your container.

Our North Indian spices come directly from Unjha, Gujarat — Asia's largest spice mandi. Our South Indian range comes through our formal East India sourcing partnership covering Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Kerala and Tamil Nadu. Both streams converge at our Unjha facility for unified HACCP processing.
